Le postulat de base est simple : il faut vivre physiquement certains concepts fondamentaux pour trouver une harmonie entre corps et esprit : temps, espace, rythme, lat\u00e9ralit\u00e9\u2026<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ainsi de nombreux enfants ont pu b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de cette formation pour retrouver concentration, confiance en soi, conscience de leur corps, de leur esprit, de leur v\u00e9cu et conscience de l\u2019autre. Au fil des ann\u00e9es, enrichie par de nombreuses rencontres et de fructueuses collaborations, la formation s\u2019est \u00e9toff\u00e9e pour \u00e9largir son champ d\u2019intervention \u00e0 un public plus large.
